Okay so ill start of with the birthday weekend of two of my closest mates; Charise and Aira. On the friday was Charise's 18th house party. The party of ALL house parties lol. It was pretty successful, successful as in it looked like everybody was enjoying themselves. Not too much drama but whats a party without a little bit of drama haha. Quite a number of people attended, half of which i didnt really know. Quite the "social butterfly" as i like to call her. Idk what else to write about the party except that i nearly bored everyone with my slideshow presentation ! HEY it wasn't my fault i was bombarded with pics from her mum and everyone else. But it turned out alright. Oh and charise's drunk birthday speech in which she dragged her parents next to her and expressed how much she loved in such a loving fashion LOL. Lost of photos and funny moments.
The next night was Aira's 19th in which we celebrated all night until her actual birthday. But before we hit the club (Funky Budha Veranadah Bar) we dropped by Joy, France and Daniels joint Birthday celebration. We stayed for probably 30mins, had a little reunion with old highschool mates and then he
aded off for the city. The night was a hella alot of fun. First time clubbers for half of the group and first time getting verryyy tipsy for me. Dancing, drinking and having fun was the agenda of the night. Left the club then headed down to maccas near town hall where we witnessed a little brawl among drunk guys. Kinda funny cos it was such girly punches. Had a bite to eat then walked over to a pub where i tried my hand at a little gambling at the machines. Lost $1. Yeah i didnt really try lol. Headed to another pub and did the same. Left to catch the train and waited at town hall steps for another hour after realising it opens at like 5:00 i think it was. The whole time my eyes were exposed to the hairy backside of some dude! But overall a FUN night of which we need to do again !

I was so excited for this
event. Two years of preparation and fundraising has lead to a very enjoyable and successful week for all. No major dramas and everyone seemed to reallllyyy enjoy themselves! Seeing the Pope and meeting pilgrims from around the world was DEF. the highlight ohh and meeting canadians in particular. i have such a fetish for anything canadian! Love their accents and totally want to try living there some day! The sleepout was a lot of fun too. I mean when in your lifetime can you say "i slept with a 100 000 people last night" lol yeah sounds kinda dirty but was true..kinda ! But throughout the whole week you could seriously feel god's presence. It was particularly evident in the testimonials people gave during catachesis and how he really listens and answers our prayers ! MADRID SPAIN i cannot wait for the next world youth day in 2011 ! Def. going to be there along with my youth SAPY (st aidan's parish youth). WYD was also kinda cool in the sense that everyone, all of sydney city especially, were able to witness the unity and peace among youths of different nationalities! Really the week was very inspiring, i guess you kinda had to be there to feel the true and complete experience of WYD !

A pretty good turnout and again sooo much fun with all the memories and reminiscing ! There were so many stories to tell and it was just so much fun being able to hear what everyone was up to now and be able to see how people have changed after six and a half years or so. Cameras were flashing all night as we took more pics to lock into our memories for more years to come. There was also alot of confusion as to who was who ! After so long some people seemed to forget me, well they remembered the face but just couldnt get the name ! LOL CUT deep. But all was good. Thanks to Facebook and Chris the night was able to happen. Must have a repeat this time with EVERYONE else!
