YAAY Camp

Camp was FUN shyeaaah :)

Had a youth camp last weekend from the 14th-15th of November anddddd it was a lot of fun ! Consisted of 20 or so youths and young adults, and talks given from our youth leaders.

We didn't go far in terms of location and getting away from the city in fact it was only 'bout 15-20min drive from home but that didnt matter it was quiet and felt secluded enough.

We had six talks from our youth leaders; Joe, Bernadette, Ella, JP, Jel and Marie. The talks were aimed at helping us to enrich our relationship with God and understanding of ourselves, others and the Lord. We also played games, got dressed up, performed stuff, shared stories (scary and funny) and just had fun. It was an enjoyable weekend spent away from the hassles of the normal world even for just a couple days, well for me it was. There were a few people who had to leave during camp for other commitments such as work and what not. One of these people being my brother. But yeah they all came back on the last day which was greaat :)

Onto other news, I am currently on a little break from exams. Final exam is on 25th of Nov so have 'bout a week to do some prac beforehand. Tomorrow in fact me and a couple friends will head to Kayla's house to do some OSCA prac for our Osca exam. We'll work on taking BP's, documentation, wound care, abdo assessment and what ever else we need to do.
