Taking a positive attitude towards the past two weeks have made it a more enjoyable experience and one where valuable lessons were learnt. For the past couple of weeks I've been walking in and out of hospital for my clinical placements. This time round I was allocated a placement at Westmead Hospital (Public). I'd have to say that this placement has been my favourite so far; the staff were nice and patient with us and the tasks weren't just limited to making beds, taking obs, washing etc but more nursing-like, like medications, injections, wound care/dressing etc. Being in the surgical ward wasn't too bad either, a lot more wound care with skin grafts, open wounds etc. some pretty gorey stuff.

Apart from clinicals I've just got my hands full with assessments to finish and quizes to study for. Honestly the timing couldn't have been better -_- Just waiting for it all to be due so I can fit in a bit more time for friends and what not. Haven't seen my highschool girls in ages. We organised a night out during clinicals but that didn't end up going to plan with Aira and I backing out last minute. I see less and less of them these days sadly. My fault really. Hopefully get to see them soon or before Chung heads of to PARIS !

I'm also still a crappy driver. Drove to flemmington today with the mother and it was a stressful experience having someone criticise your driving every 5mins. No but I am still pretty crappy another close call today when I stopped short trying to merge into ongoing traffic LOL mum had a heartattack and had an agro fit !


I also think I am Twitter obsessed. Its a stalker's best friend LOL I think my friends would agree ;) Russell Brand is quite an appealing fella !
