get yo study on !

Another boring saturday that should be spent studying right ? Wrong I'm spending useless time on facebook, twitter, and on other people's blogs.

For the past five days I've been observing and playing with children. Sounds creepy. No it's for Uni and part of a requirement for one of my subjects. Instead of going to a hospital placement they've placed us at a childcare for a week as part of our children's nursing subject. I love children and all but a person can only do so much playing. I found coming home each day as exhausting as coming home from a hospital clinical placement even though we only had to stay for 6hours. I think it was all the trying to act happy all the time in front of the children even though you're feeling really shitty, tired and have other things on your mind. Children are pretty perceptive and aren't given enough credit for their intelligence LOL. They can really tell how you're feeling like if you're feeling really crap they know exactly how to push your buttons LOL. But no overall I had a wonderfull time, it was a pretty easy placement - play with the kids and do a couple paragraphs a day to cover the theoretical part. The children we're really cute too.

I don't know what it is today but I've been seriously craving for things deep fried. I think because I was reading this chicks blog and she mentioned something about a deep fried white castle burger :S DEEP FRIED BURGER !?! Gross right ? I google'd imaged it and it was basically a burger covered in batter and deep fried. That got me searching other images of food deep fried LOL like mars bars, twinkies, snickers *drools* talk about HEART ATTACK though! Nevertheless I was still craving for it.
