POST LICENSE

Haven't updated in a while blah nothing much to update anyway. Driven few times since getting the license but not everyday because both parents work and we only have two cars! But at the times i have been able to snap up the car just been driving round the local area.

Couple of weekends ago I got to hang out with Jel at Starbucks before harassing Aira on the phone and forcing her to shower and invite us over her place. We drove around and finally after Aira's approval, headed to her place to pick her up then drive back to Mounty where she went to buy some blue contacts I think or maybe they were light brown ahah don't remember anymore. Afterwards went to borrow movies and buy some food before heading to my place to hang. We borrowed a bunch of chick flicks; St Trinian's, Angus thongs and perfect snogging, Make it happen, and Wild Child.

Last weekend was Kat's 18th Birthday celebration but didn't bring my camera so no photos available, a shame because it was a fairly good surprise ! I had also wrongly chosen to drive so I wasn't able to drink, but no worries was an enjoyable night to just chill and chat with people I hadn't seen in a while. Oh yeah and was also good to catch up with Kat as she was absent most of the holidays! Lucky woman had the chance to celebrate her 18th at Disneyworld !

Also, the day before I got to hang out with Charise at her place before she goes off to leave for the Philippines next week. We just chilled around her house and walked to the shops in the scorching heat to fill our stomachs! Stayed for a couple of hours watching a couple episodes of Family guy and chatting about.

Drove out to Raihmae's house today and just chilled out some more watching a couple movies with the rest of the uni girls. One of the movies was filo, of which title I don't remember, and the other was The Strangers which i watched again. Had lunch at her place then decided to go to Mounty so they could see first hand my driving skills haha and because I was craving a cold Gloria Jeans drink. Stayed around mounty for a few hours walking around looking for a boogie board for Kayla which was unsuccessful-we saw a couple but they were just a little too pricey. Left a few hours later and drove both Kayla and Raihmae home and yeah! Watching Grey's Anatomy now but missed out first 40mins of Ghost Whisperer ! Yeah i'm a fan of the show =P

I was also suppose to attend a training day for this Volunteer thing i wanted to be a part of but I pulled out yesterday because of my conflicting uni schedule. Pretty unfortunate cos I was kind of looking forward to it but hopefully I can still be a part of it next semester. Oh yeah the volunteer thing is called SPARKS and its for St Vinnies and its basically working with primary school children, in particular refugee children, adjust to the community by providing support and helping them with homework and other school stuff. It sounds like a lot of fun so I'm hoping I'll be able to do it next semester.

Other than that haven't been up to much. Uni starts in a couple of weeks! I'm semi looking forward to it cos it will provide me with something to do :) But I think after a couple of days ill be begging for the holidays to have gone on longer haha
